Nobody take leave yet

As we planning for a mini holiday in May. It's still too early to apply for leave. I do hope everyone able to take leave. I didn't want any last minute changes. This will definitely ruined my plan!

I hope I don't have to come up with any itinerary, I prefer to go with the flow. Yeah weather is important too, praying for good weather as well.

Travel blog

Sometimes when I am free will go checking on travel blog. I know there are many interesting and nice one with pics.

At the moment mine still quite boring. I really hope I can do better with this blog.

Any suggestion?

Giant stingray

Like to share a news with you, this is a picture of a giant stringray. Wow, its the biggest I ever see! This is some luck for the 5 fisherman in Sarawak. How much weight it is? 100kg perhaps.

I was checking out wikipedia on how to spell this fish name. I remembered it killed Steve Irwin in September 4 in 2006.

I booked today

Finally, I have called for booking a hotel in Melaka. Well we supposed to have booked the Mahkota Hotel but sad to say that the hotel is fully booked. I check online on other hotels as well. As we know that using internet is fast and easy and booking too right?

I am surprise to find that calling up for booking is much more cheaper than booking online. Yeah, I can't believe it and shocked to see the different amount about $40. So, now you know you can call to check whether booking is cheaper by online internet or calling them up.

Bako National Park, Kuching, Sarawak

If you have not been there, you have no idea how much fun I had there. It was more than 10 years ago but I still remembered it clearly. Its like still fresh in my mind, I went with my parents as it was my dad's company trip.

Getting to Bako is not by land but by boat. Get what I mean? Travel by boat and we have wore the life jacket of course. The chalets is really nice and I seen monkeys around and boars too. Not just that but a huge monitor lizard as bigger than a dog. That evening we had a BBQ and the smell just attracted it I guessed.

I was only 12 years old but it was fun. I have been there two times. Second times bring a long my best friend Mei. There are mosquitoes netted covered the windows to prevent the mosquitoes from coming in. I am glad we have that!

I love to go there again someday.
