Change shoes Nichi in Malaysia

My friend purchase a pair of shoes from Nichi, then she goes back the shop to change the shoes because the bottom of shoes are wreck. Not just one pair but all of the shoes with that colour are the same.

It take her so long to choose the shoes, it is white in colour! The glue stains are over the shoes. She wants to change black colour but it is not allowed.

I always check the shoes before making purchase, as for my friend she does not look for the detail. She only bring home to check the shoes. :( That is why we need to go the mall again for change the shoes.
