Hotel shampoo and conditioner

I like to know if you have use the hotel shampoo and conditioner, are they good for you? As I know most of them are not working for me. They just made my hair dried and not healthy.

If I am travelling I will bring along my own shampoo and conditioner. I only use the towel at the hotel but not their shampoo, but for body gel I do use them but I often see they put soap.

I buy a small bottle to travel not the big size, sometimes I finished them then I will just throw at the dustbin there. Even skin care products and some cosmetics that is easy to carry.
